MOVE IT BUY FOR ME (Pabili)

 

Is a MOVE IT service that allows customers to ask Riders to buy items (Pabili) for them.

Items to be bought has a limit of up to a maximum of ₱1,000.00 for each transaction. 


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How much is the MOVE IT PABILI service?

The minimum service charge is ₱100.00 plus ₱8.00 per kilometer. It is recommended for a customer to book the closest known store as the starting point.

2. Is there an additional price for night differential?

Yes, from 10:00PM to 6:00AM the rate will be ₱140.00 base price plus  
₱8.00 per kilometer

 

3. How much is your Sundays & Holiday rate?

Sundays & Holiday rate will be
₱120.00 base price plus  ₱8.00 per kilometer. Additional ₱40.00 in the base price for night differential from 10:00PM to 6:00AM.
 

4. What are included in the total amount to be paid by the customer?

The price shown only covers the delivery fee for the Rider’s time and effort. Customers are expected to shoulder additional costs relevant to the purchase such as parking fees incurred, processing fees needed.

5. Where is MOVE IT PABILI available?

MOVE IT PABILI is available wherever a rider is available to accept your booking, but most of our riders are in Metro Manila and adjacent municipalities (Cavite, Rizal and Bulacan)

6. Can I schedule my order in advance?

No. MOVE IT PABILI request will be processed immediately after a booking confirmation.

7. What if I want to change my order? (cancel order, edit order, change pick-up and drop-off points)

You may change your order by messaging or calling the Rider through our in-app chat or in-app call. Changing pick-up and drop-off locations requires re-booking.

8. What are the qualities (dimensions, price, etc.) of the item/s that I could ask to be bought?

The maximum total price should not exceed ₱1,000 and the dimension should not exceed the standard MOVE IT PARCEL service dimension of 1.6ft x 1.25ft x 1.6ft.

9. What if the item I asked for is not available in the pick-up location?

You may coordinate with your Rider for possible substitutes or adjustments in your request.

10. What are the payment methods available?

As of now, Cash is the only form of payment available for your purchase. You may use your Move It wallet to pay for the delivery fee only. 

11. Can I book a MOVE IT PABILI service but the items will be delivered to someone else at a different location?

Yes, but please make sure that the booked destination is at the third party’s location and the 3rd party will pay for the items and services rendered.

12. Can I ask the Rider to buy different items from different stores?

Yes. Just add the store address per location and necessary delivery instructions. Additional fee will apply.

13. What if I want the Rider to pick-up the cash from me first before going to the store, is this possible?

Yes. Just enable Round Trip before finalizing your booking then message or call the rider through the in-app chat or call feature of the app. Additional fee will apply.

 

14. What if I am not at home to receive the item?

You can contact the Rider and inform them the name and contact details of the receiver.

15. Is this available 24/7? At what hours can I book?

Yes, you can book anytime as long as the store is open. Most reliable coverage hours is from 9AM to 10PM.

16. How can I track my order?

You can see the real-time location of the rider through the app.

MOVE IT DELIVERY (Padala)

 

Is a MOVE IT service that allows customers to ask Riders to deliver (Padala) items for them.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How much is the MOVE IT PADALA service?

There are 2 types of service we offer;

a. Sidewalk Delivery - is where a rider will not leave his/her motorcycle when picking up or delivering a package. The minimum service charge for this service is ₱50.00 base price plus ₱8.00 per kilometer. Sundays & Holiday rate will be ₱70.00 base price plus  ₱8.00 per kilometer. For night deliveries from 10:00PM to 6:00AM, there will be an additional night differential fee of ₱40.00 on the base price.

b. Doorstep Delivery - is where a rider will have to leave his/her motorcycle when picking up or delivering a package.

The minimum service charge for this service is ₱60.00 base price plus ₱8.00 per kilometer. Sundays & Holiday rate will be ₱80.00 base price plus  ₱8.00 per kilometer. For night deliveries from 10:00PM to 6:00AM, there will be an additional night differential fee of ₱40.00 on the base price.

5. What is the maximum package size & weight I can send for delivery?


The dimension should not exceed the standard MOVE IT PARCEL service dimension of 1.6ft x 1.25ft x 1.6ft and maximum of 20kg.

6. What are the payment methods available?

As of now, Cash is the only form of payment available for your purchase. You may use your Move It wallet to pay for the delivery fee only. 

7. Can I book a MOVE IT PADALA but ask the driver to pick-up the item from another location and delivered to me?


Yes, but please make sure that the booked pick-up address is the location where the item will be picked up from and the drop-off address will be where your current location is.


8. Can I ask the Rider to return to me after he delivers the item?

Yes. Just enable Round Trip before finalizing your booking.  Additional fee will apply.

9. What if the receiver is not at home to receive the item?

You may contact the Rider and inform him/her the name and contact details of the receiver.
